Not for Profit
The not-for-profit sector plays a vital role in social development, economic empowerment, and global cooperation. Organizations in this sector—including international chambers, foundations, and Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs)—must balance their mission-driven objectives with financial sustainability, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.
How can we help
At PKF Thailand, we provide specialized financial, tax, and legal advisory services to help not-for-profit organizations enhance transparency, ensure compliance, and maximize their social impact. Our expertise supports charitable organizations, industry associations, and social enterprises in navigating Thailand’s evolving regulatory landscape and funding environment.
International Chamber:
International chambers and trade associations play a crucial role in facilitating business cooperation, advocating policy changes, and fostering cross-border trade. These organizations must navigate regulatory compliance, financial governance, and membership management to sustain long-term growth.
- Regulatory Compliance & Governance – We assist trade associations in legal structuring, tax compliance, and corporate governance frameworks to align with Thailand’s non-profit regulations.
- Financial Transparency & Reporting – We help organizations establish clear financial reporting systems to enhance credibility with stakeholders, government agencies, and donors.
- Cross-Border Partnerships & Advocacy – Our team provides strategic support for policy advocacy, bilateral agreements, and stakeholder engagement initiatives
