Job description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Tax Advisory and Transfer Pricing Associate to join our growing team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for candidates interested in developing a strong foundation in Thai and international transfer pricing, tax advisory, and BEPS-related frameworks. While the primary focus will be on advisory and TP documentation work, the role may also involve rotational exposure to tax compliance assignments to support cross-functional team needs.

Key Responsibilities

1.Tax-related Assignment

  • Assist in preparing Transfer Pricing documentation (e.g., Local Files, benchmarking reports) under supervision.
  • Conduct initial data gathering, industry research, and comparability analyses to support TP documentation and advisory projects.
  • Assist in preparing high-level Thai tax advisory memos and technical slide decks for internal discussions and external clients.
  • Provide assistance in BEPS-related implementation (e.g., Master File, CbCR coordination).
  • Support the preparation and submission of CbCR notification and transfer pricing disclosure forms in connection with annual tax return filings.
  • Provide assistance in tax health checks, tax due diligence, and TRD audit support assignments related to intercompany transactions.
  • Coordinate with clients and international offices to collect and clarify data for regional TP projects
  • Stay updated on Thai tax and TP regulatory developments and participate in internal learning sessions.
  • As needed, support basic Thai tax compliance work (e.g., CIT filing, PND.54) in collaboration with the compliance team.
  • Perform other tax-related tasks as assigned by senior team members.

2.Non-tax-related Assignments

2.1 Client and Team Collaboration

  • Coordinate with clients to request basic documents and clarify standard tax data.
  • Maintain organized records and files for ongoing projects.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and quality delivery of client services.
