We are seeking a skilled Legal Manager with extensive experience in corporate legal services. The ideal candidate will excel in handling legal work for international clients, ensuring robust corporate compliance, and provide strategic legal guidance across a wide range of business industries.


Specifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in law with a Lawyer License and Notarial Services Attorney License
  • Age 35-45 or more with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in corporate legal field
  • Proficient in English with strong communication skills; capable of working independently and training junior staff
  • Mature, proactive, highly responsible with leadership skills
  • Detail-oriented, positive attitude, and service-minded

Job description

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, including but not limited to shareholder agreements, loan agreements, lease agreements, sale and purchase agreements, term sheets and letters of intent
  • Provide advice and handle the application process for necessary permits and licenses as required by the nature of clients’ business, such as Factory License, FDA License, Trademark, Excise Tax registration, Import License, and others
  • Provide advice on legal requirements and manage the application process for BOI approval, Foreign Business License, Treaty of Amity, application related to Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand (IEAT)
  • Provide legal advice related to labour laws, review employment agreements, work regulations, including hiring and termination process to ensure legal compliance and minimize risks from any future disputes
  • Advice and plan the structure for company establishment, representative office, branch office, and any corporate amendment with the relevant government authorities
  • Conduct legal research and provide advice related to business laws which include civil and commercial code, PDPA, foreign business laws, and other related laws
  • Legal due diligence
  • Notarizing documents
  • Attend meetings and manage client correspondence efficiently and professionally
  • Supervise, mentor, and train legal staff within the team to ensure high standards of work and professional development
