Specifications

  • Good knowledge of employment regulations.
  • Excellent knowledge of HR best practices.
  • Proficient in English (verbal and written communications).
  • Ability to think ‘outside the box’ and incorporate New Normal best practices.
  • Vast working knowledge of all HR departmental areas, including reward and recognition, welfare, learning and development, as well as HR systems and budgets.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing departments and teams.
  • Exceptional leadership qualities.
  • The ability to develop and nurture relationships across departments.
  • The confidence to provide sound professional advice.
  • The ability to lead the development of effective employment policies.
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of regulations, accepted professional standards, policies, procedures, and legislation (including legislation on data protection, the Equality Act and health and safety).
  • The ability to analyze and review HR data to identify trends.
  • Experience in determining, measuring, and analyzing relevant performance for incentive schemes.
  • The ability to use office software packages competently.

Job description

Job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Lead and manage all recruitment, onboarding, and probation processes.
  • Oversee employee lifecycle, including transfers, promotions, and offboarding.
  • Develop HR policies and procedure, ensure compliance with Thai labor laws, and act as Data Protection Officer.
  • Drive employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion initiatives.
  • Create and implement training programs, ensuring career growth and leadership development.
  • Manage performance reviews, goal-setting, and feedback systems.
  • Oversee payroll coordination (with payroll team), leave management, and HRIS systems.
  • Provide monthly HR reports and manage the HR budget.
  • Foster a positive organizational culture and drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead and manage all activities relating to staff.
  • Support providing employee’s documents relating to monitoring from various audit teams.
  • Others etc. (if any)
