About the speakers:
Mr. John Casella is the Managing Partner at PKF Tax and Consulting Services (Thailand) Limited and PKF Audit (Thailand) Limited. John has more than 20 years of professional experience in accounting, business consultancy and management positions for a wide range of companies and projects in S.E. Asia and North America. Before establishing the PKF firm in Thailand together with John Sim three years ago, John spent more than four years with Baker Tilly Thailand and 10 years before that in corporate advisory services throughout SE Asia. John started his career as a financial auditor for Arthur Andersen at their Canadian head-office in Toronto. John holds an active license as a U.S. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and an active membership in the Certified Management Accountants (CMA) Society of British Columbia in Canada. He is a graduate of the University of Windsor and the University of Western Ontario in Canada. John is a past President and current Director of the Thai-Canadian Chamber of Commerce and the Treasurer of the Rotary Club of Bangkok South.
Ms. Chutinun Wannapirun has been a key leader in the Corporate Legal Department at PKF Tax and Consulting Services (Thailand) Ltd. (and previously at Baker Tilly) since 2006. She is a licensed lawyer from the Lawyers Council of Thailand and a member of Thai Bar Association. She has a Notarial Services Attorney License from the Lawyers Council of Thailand, a Bachelor Degree of Law from Thammasat University, and a Certificate of Business Taxation and International Taxation Training Courses from the Faculty of Law at Thammasat University. K. Chutinun began her career more than 10 years ago with BDO Richfield Co., Ltd. as a Corporate Legal Consultant. In addition to her expertise in visas, work permits, and Thai labour law, K. Chutinun focuses extensively on company establishment, Foreign Business License & BOI applications, corporate secretarial and legal due diligence services.
